Declaration for an Integrated Revitalisation of Historic Towns

Vital and attractive historic towns are one of the main assets for building Europe’s future. With this conviction 100 representatives from cities, regional bodies and research institutes adopted the “European Declaration for integrated revitalisation of historic towns” during the Final Hist.Urban Conference in Verona, 21.04.2008.

The Declaration has been transmitted to national and European decision makers responsible for urban and territorial development policies to call for their support in the revitalisation efforts. The declaration has been signed by following towns, research institutes and associations:
