BauGrund was founded in 1929 in Berlin and until 1991 a state owned company. Since many decades BauGrund acts as service provider for national, regional, local and private institutions in the various fields of urban renewal, spatial development and real estate management. At present BauGrund is active in 200 projects in over 150 locations.
