Here you find also all the forms which will support you by the reporting, payment claims and eventual project changes. Instructions on the use of these documents you find in the project handbook.

Application form (approved)

The application form is the agreed basis, which describes the project of Hist.Urban in detail. It is the legally binding document for the project partners and the CADSES program during the whole project implementation.

Joint Convention

The Joint Convention has been concluded between the Lead Partner and all Project Partners. By this the Lead Partner establishes legal relations with the Project Partners defining their co-operation and safeguarding himself against his partners by contract. The joint convention is also a condition for signing the subsidy contract with the Managing Authority in Rome.

Subsidy Contract

The Subsidy Contract is concluded between the Lead Partner (LP) - who represents the project in general - and the Managing Authority (MA) and is the formal basis for the project implementation and related ERDF funding.
